Drop the Section 32, Contract of Sale, or Form 1 — any Australian state. Get an issue list, a draft email to the vendor solicitor, and a plain-English client summary. You stay the licensed reviewer — Propli removes the grunt work.
Free trial: 3 matters, no credit card — real files, your sign-off.
“It provides a helpful starting point and allows me to identify key areas that may require further discussion or attention.”
The OC certificate at SC22 references a $4,200 special levy due 30 June, but the vendor statement §3 only references “ordinary fees.” Please confirm in writing whether this is to be discharged at settlement.
Not a replacement for your review — a faster start. The AI handles the grunt work: spotting issues, drafting the standard letters, summarising for the client. You sign it off.
Propli reads the contract the moment you upload it. Issue list, draft vendor-solicitor email, draft client summary — all ready when you start your review.
The AI pre-reads every clause, certificate, overlay and special condition. You start your review with the issue list already on the page — no more cold reads.
Every matter gets a plain-English summary URL you can send the client — under your firm name. "Prepared by [You], powered by Propli."
Propli is an AI clerk, not advice. Drafts are editable. You remain the licensed reviewer — the tool only helps you get there faster.
Propli isn’t just a pre-read — it’s a conversation with the document. Ask about a clause, a missing certificate, a special condition — cited to the page, ready to paste into the file note.
Three steps per matter. No practice management system to replace.
Drop the contract PDF, enter client name/email and a matter reference. AI starts reading immediately.
Issue list by severity, draft email to vendor solicitor, draft client summary. Edit anything — it's your file.
Send the co-branded summary link. The client sees it under your firm's name. Everyone's on the same page.
$3.55m Edwardian, heritage overlay, non-compliant pool. Open the pre-read, click Ask on any finding for a follow-up — cited to the clause, paste-ready into your file note.
Critical / Moderate / Action items, each cited to the clause
Vendor-solicitor email + plain-English client recap, both editable
Ask follow-ups in conveyancer voice, ready for the file note

No — absolutely not. Propli is a pre-read, not advice. The licensed conveyancer remains the reviewer on every file. We save the time spent spotting obvious issues and drafting the standard letters, so you can spend more time on the nuanced parts that actually require judgment.
No — and it matters to us that the answer is honest. The buyer product is a pre-purchase explainer, not conveyancing: it doesn't act on a matter, can't take instructions, and never quotes against your fee. Every buyer review ends with a 'Questions for your conveyancer' section — we send buyers to a professional with their questions already written down. On this side, every client summary carries your firm's name. Propli is the engine; you're the adviser.
Very accurate on the explicit stuff — missing Sale of Land Act 1962 disclosures, stale rates/planning certs, OC certificate issues, common wording problems. We flag anything ambiguous as a warning, not a certainty. Treat it like a very fast paralegal's first pass: useful, reliable on the routine items, and always subject to your review.
Propli is an AI tool — not legal advice and not a licensed conveyancer. Your PI cover applies to the file exactly as it does today. Our terms make it explicit: you remain the licensed reviewer, drafts are editable, and nothing goes to a client without your sign-off. If you want to review our ToS with your PI provider before signing up, email hello@propli.ai and we'll send it.
No — we never train AI on your files. There's no setting to find because there's nothing to turn off. Your matters and client details stay private to your firm's workspace, are used only to produce your pre-read, and are never used to train or improve any AI model — ours or anyone's. Our AI provider (Anthropic) doesn't train on data submitted through its API either. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and deleted on request. On location: our database is hosted in Australia, while uploaded documents and AI processing run through our US providers (Vercel and Anthropic). Full detail is in our Privacy Policy — and if your PI insurer or principal wants it in writing, email hello@propli.ai and we'll send our security summary the same day.
Not yet in v1 — intentionally. We're focused on the review itself first. Direct integration is on the roadmap and driven by Launch Partner feedback. In v1 you can upload PDFs from anywhere and export the drafts as PDF/text to paste back into your practice management system.
All Australian states and territories. The AI identifies the jurisdiction from the contract and applies the correct legislation, terminology and disclosures — VIC Section 32 (Sale of Land Act 1962), NSW Contract for the sale of land, QLD REIQ, SA Form 1, WA, ACT, TAS and NT. VIC is most battle-tested; if you spot a state-specific gap, reply to your welcome email and we'll prioritise it.
Yes — the Firm and Practice tiers include multi-conveyancer seats and a shared dashboard. Solo is single-seat. See /pro/pricing for the seat counts on each tier.
